Laura serves as Chief of Staff at Elk Ridge Homes, where she drives organizational alignment, operational efficiency, and strategic execution. With over 15 years of experience in HR and office management, she brings a strong background in leadership, team development, and process improvement. Her roots in land surveying give her a unique, well-rounded perspective on the homebuilding industry, allowing her to effectively connect strategy with day-to-day operations. Known for her proactive mindset and ability to bring structure and clarity, Laura plays a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth.
Kristen Rinewalt

Kristen Rinewalt is a seasoned homebuilding executive with over 20 years of experience in product design, purchasing, and operational strategy. She has played a key role in scaling high-volume residential construction, contributing to growth from startup levels to hundreds of annual home closings. Kristen specializes in innovative floor plan design, streamlined purchasing systems, and creating elevated, buyer-focused experiences. She is currently focused on building and growing Elk Ridge Homes, a Texas-based builder committed to quality, thoughtful design, and delivering homes that are truly “Built for Good.”
Johnny Corea
Senior Construction ManagerJohnny Corea serves as Senior Construction Manager for our team, bringing more than 20 plus years of residential construction experience to every home he builds. Throughout his career, Johnny has successfully managed projects ranging from first-time buyer homes to high-end custom residences, giving him a well-rounded understanding of quality construction at every level of the market. Known for his strong communication skills and customer-first approach, Johnny has a unique ability to guide homeowners through the building process with professionalism, transparency, and confidence. His positive personality and approachable nature help create an outstanding experience for both clients and team members alike. Johnny has earned the respect of vendors, trade partners, and colleagues throughout the industry because of his professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional work ethic. He takes tremendous pride in every home he oversees and is deeply committed to delivering a finished product that reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship and care. Outside of work, Johnny is a devoted husband, loving father, and proud grandfather who values faith, family, and time spent with the people he loves most. When he’s not on the job site, you can often find him enjoying one of his favorite pastimes, fishing whenever he gets the opportunity. His passion for building, combined with decades of hands-on experience and genuine care for people, makes Johnny an invaluable leader and trusted partner for our homeowners.
